No. Any company may bid for the opportunities we supply as long as they satisfy the qualification criteria set by the federal or state agency. In fact, if your company is looking to expand into the US market, our services are an ideal starting point.
We have direct data-feeds for all federal information and have developed intelligent proprietary software for locating and classifying state information.
We hold all federal bid announcements over $25,000. Our Data Collection Department is constantly identifying new sources of bid information so the number of business opportunities being fed into our central database is increasing day by day.
Unlike our competitors, you will not be charged for any of our services unless you decide to extend the free trial. No payment information is required for a trial to the service. Simply provide some basic contact details, a valid email address and password to be given full access to the trial.
You can only have 1 free trial per organisation and it only lasts 5 days. Other than that there is no catch and you will have full access to our products for the period of the trial. If for any reason you require a repeat free trial please contact us. (Note: abuse of the free trial facility is closely monitored).
The Email Alert Service will search new contracts on your behalf, but first you need to let us know what you wish to search for. Simply login to the members area and click on your 'alert profile' to save the search criteria you wish us to use when locating business opportunities for your company.
The best way to accurately find bids of interest is to use the codes that match up to your company’s products. To help you do this, please use our free code search to find codes in your company’s product sector.
These are codes used to identify products and services and break them down into classifications. These codes make it very easy for you to find bid announcements. They have been specially developed by the Government for public procurement. The Codes help to provide the most reliable and accurate method of locating relevant contract opportunities.
In the near future, we intend to develop services which will allow you to search and monitor contract awards to keep an eye on your competitors, check the price of winning bids, etc.
The key to making the most of our services is to develop a set of search criteria that identifies as many contracts that are of relevance to your business as possible. If your search is too specific you may find that you miss out on contracts. Too vague and you may receive contracts that are not 100% relevant. Spend some time experimenting with our search facility until you are happy with the search criteria you are using and then save your search for future use. We recognise that a carefully tuned search is essential and so we provide help and support in this area.
When your free trial has expired you will be asked if you wish to subscribe to the service. You may then provide online payment using any major credit card via our secure payments system. Upon completion of payment your subscription will commence and you will have full access for a year. After the paid year is up your account will automatically expire and a renewal payment requested. Renewal of your annual subscription is completely optional as is taking out a subscription after the free trial.
Our sales support team will be happy to assist you. Please email sales@fedopps.com with your questions. We strive to provide all the information you require available directly to you online.
